Privacy Policy
Peoplera is built to be privacy-first. This page explains what we collect, how we process it, and the rights you have under GDPR.
What data we collect
We collect your email address for authentication and account access, and basic usage data (feature interactions and performance metrics) to improve the product.
Employee data you provide — names, work metrics, and survey responses — is stored securely and used only to generate burnout-intelligence insights for your own organization.
How data is stored
Your data is stored in an EU-region database and encrypted at rest. Individual pulse-survey responses are aggregated and never attributed to a named employee in manager-facing views.
Third-party services
We use a small number of trusted providers to deliver Peoplera:
- Anthropic Claude API — AI processing of work signals
- Resend — transactional email (e.g. survey invitations)
- Google OAuth — sign-in
Your rights
Under GDPR, you can request access to, deletion of, and portability of your personal data. To submit a request, email [email protected] and we will respond within the legally required timeframe.
Cookie policy
Peoplera uses essential cookies only — to maintain authentication state and your basic preferences. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
